RFI for Cloud-Based Parking Access and Revenue Control Modernization System

The buyer seeks a cloud-based parking access and revenue control modernization system. The system must integrate with the agency's broader fare and payment ecosystem. Requested scope includes deploying a cloud-based platform, enabling multi-platform payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit/debit, and contactless payments, and implementing open payment. The buyer also requires the replacement of all pay stations with modern units featuring digital displays and the deployment of license plate recognition (LPR) capabilities. The buyer will evaluate merchant-based transit rewards and loyalty program models similar to retail loyalty ecosystems. Eligibility requires an onshore USA organization.
