Cloud-Based Computerized Maintenance Management System

The buyer seeks a unified, cloud-based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), asset management, and capital planning software platform. The platform must manage work orders and preventive maintenance activities while providing GIS-connected asset inventory, inspections, condition information, and maintenance history. The buyer requires integration with its existing Laserfiche environment and Esri ArcGIS, which serves as the authoritative system of record for spatial asset locations unless an accepted alternative is proposed. The proposed platform must support Microsoft 365 or Azure Entra ID authentication and meet cybersecurity controls for municipal infrastructure and operational data. To be eligible, bidders must be a USA organization. Bidders will perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 1, 2026. The buyer seeks proposals to determine the budget and evaluate submissions.
