Regulated Medical Waste Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a regulated medical waste disposal program for its facility located in Syracuse, NY. The requested scope includes handling waste generated through patient care, clinical services, patient treatment, animal research lab operations, autopsy procedures, and laboratory operations. This medical waste consists of red plastic liners containing materials saturated with human or animal blood, blood products, and bodily fluids, or items that have contacted these substances. Work performance occurs onsite or offsite. To qualify, eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations. The contract covers a five-year period, and the buyer is actively seeking proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-proposal conference scheduled for September 09, 2026. Additionally, bidders must submit all questions regarding the opportunity no later than September 11, 2026.
