UX Designer Consultant Services

The buyer requires a UX designer consultant to support a state-wide housing program modernization initiative. The scope involves enhancing a Microsoft Dynamics 365-based CRM platform, developing digital services like the Partner Portal, and supporting other enterprise platforms. The consultant will shape end-to-end user and service experiences, develop user journeys and service blueprints, and create UX/UI design artifacts, including information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Work performance will occur offsite for a contract period of one year. Only Canadian organizations operating onshore qualify for this opportunity.
