The buyer requires a vendor to design, develop, implement, deploy, and support a cloud-based Perceived Risk Hierarchy Theory (PRHT) Digital Platform. The contractor must build a multi-platform architecture for web, tablet, and mobile devices compatible with iOS, Android, and AWS or Microsoft Azure hosting environments. Scope includes developing databases, APIs, integration services, configurable dashboards, reporting functions, data visualization tools, and automated referral alerts. The vendor will perform the work offsite, track and resolve defects, provide operational transition support, and maintain platform availability, performance, and security over a one-year contract period.
