The City of Fulshear, TX requires solid waste management services for its government authority. The selected vendor must provide once-weekly solid waste collection using a 95-gallon poly cart, once-weekly recycling collection using a 95-gallon poly cart, and once-weekly bulk and brush collection up to 4 cubic yards. The buyer requests pricing for cart replacements, additional carts, commercial dumpster locking devices, roll-off containers, and commercial services ranging from 2 to 8 cubic yards collected 1 to 5 times weekly. Eligibility requires an onshore USA organization, and work performance will occur onsite. The buyer requests proposals to establish the budget. Vendors must submit questions in writing via www.publicpurchase.com by September 8, 2026. Electronic proposals must be submitted through www.publicpurchase.com no later than 2:00 PM Central on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. The buyer will not accept email or fax submissions.
