Refuse Collection and Curbside Recycling Services

The Village of Mantua, Ohio requires a vendor to provide refuse collection and curbside recycling services. Eligibility restricts participation to USA onshore organizations. Vendors must perform the work either onsite or offsite, complete the proper bid package forms, and submit their bid on their own bid form or stationery. Bidders must also enclose a $2,500.00 bid bond from an authorized, Ohio-licensed insurance and bonding company or a $2,500.00 certified check drawn upon a solvent Ohio bank. Vendors must deliver sealed proposals to Village Administrator Ryan Klemm by 3:00 p.m. on October 6, 2026. Officials will publicly open and read the bids on October 6, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers. The Mantua Village Council will consider action on the received bids during its meeting at 6:00 p.m. on October 20, 2026.
