Statewide Trail Development and Improvement Service

The government authority located in Austin, TX requires a vendor to provide statewide trail development and improvement services on an as-needed basis for a one-year contract period. The buyer needs trail design, mapping, assessment and inventory, GPS and GIS survey, flagging and layout, corridor cutting, and tread construction. The requested scope also encompasses accessibility audits and improvements, creation or installation of trail signage, and the installation of structures including culverts, French drains, boardwalks, bridges, steps, retaining walls, gabions, armored tread, paving, stabilized aggregate, swales, ditches, turnpikes, and rolling grade dips. To eligible to bid, the vendor must be a USA onshore organization. The vendor will perform the work offsite. The buyer accepts proposals for the budget and requires all questions by August 31, 2026.
