Security Systems

The Town of Westford, acting through the J.V. Fletcher Library Building Committee, seeks sealed proposals from qualified USA-only organizations for security systems for the J.V. Fletcher Library Renovation and Expansion Project. The buyer requires complete furnishing, installation, configuration, programming, testing, commissioning, training, and warranty services. Scope items include access control systems, card readers, door contacts, request-to-exit devices, electric strikes, door hardware integration, security camera systems, network video recording equipment, and security management software. The contractor must perform all work onsite at 50 Main Street, Westford, Massachusetts. Proposal documents become available on August 24, 2026. The buyer will hold a non-mandatory pre-proposal site visit on August 28, 2026, at 9:00 AM. Interested vendors must submit all written questions by August 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM. The buyer will issue any required addenda by September 3, 2026, and must receive sealed proposals by September 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Town Manager's Office.
