The buyer seeks cloud-hosted software solutions and related support services to modernize or replace its Business Connect Online system. To improve entity and records management, the buyer requires enhanced online filing, search, and ordering services while maintaining paper-based operations. The scope includes streamlining filing intake, review, approval, and records processing to reduce manual work and paper usage. The solution must improve data quality, support electronic notifications, increase public access transparency, and provide reporting on workload, fees, and operational performance. Additionally, the buyer needs a secure, resilient system and seeks rough order-of-magnitude details regarding costs, schedules, and risks across COTS, SaaS, configurable, or custom approaches. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to participate. Contractors will perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally through email or online.
