Window Cleaning Services

The government authority located in Texas seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive window cleaning services. The required scope includes cleaning all exterior and interior building envelope windows and frames, exterior window entrances and frames, and all glass canopies. The vendor must clean all interior glass, including doors, walls, partitions, protective covers, barriers, railings, and partition glass adjacent to escalators. The scope also encompasses the interior and exterior of garage lobby windows, as well as all inside and outside windows taller than seven feet above the finished floor.
