International Representation Service

The buyer requires an in-market consultant to deliver international representation services in Canada to support agency economic development interests. The contractor must develop and maintain relationships with Canadian companies currently operating within the agency's jurisdiction by conducting meetings in Canada. Additionally, the contractor must contact at least 50 top Canadian prospect companies annually and maintain relationships with four to six top local site selection companies, accelerators, service providers, or multipliers. Measurable goals include generating 20 qualified business recruitment leads and 10 active projects annually for assignment to agency project managers. The buyer requires the contractor to perform all work offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore vendors based exclusively in the USA. The contract covers a one-year period, and the buyer requests vendors to submit a budget proposal.
