The buyer seeks a comprehensive campus scheduling software solution to manage academic and event scheduling across all campus locations. The requested scope requires software that creates unscheduled events, tracks room calendars, filters or blocks specific rooms, identifies room characteristics, and processes space requests for single or recurring dates with resources like AV equipment. Additionally, the software must manage workflows, notify users, invoice for events and resources, provide customizable or automated reporting features, and integrate with campus security, including single sign-on functionality. Performance of the work will take place offsite. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore USA organizations.
