Fire Records Management System

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a fire records management system (FRMS) to serve as its foundational records system for incident documentation, property records, and department reporting. The buyer requires a core FRMS module, a model fire and building code reference library, a properties module, a permits tracking module, reporting and analytics capability, and mobile-accessible pre-plan data that can be shared with mutual aid agencies. Additionally, the system must support apparatus and vehicle inventory tracking, inventory and asset management, electronic patient care reporting, and integration with third-party ambulance billing platforms and existing GIS data layers. The buyer limits eligibility to USA organizations (Onshore). The buyer will execute a contract for a one-year period, and vendors may perform the work onsite or offsite. The buyer is currently looking for proposals and has not provided specific evaluation criteria or key dates.
