Ultralytics Commercial License Software

The buyer requires a vendor to provide an Ultralytics commercial license software for a one-year contract period. The license must allow up to two software developers to use YOLO models to build, test, and maintain closed-source, proprietary applications against up to five real-time video and camera feeds. This licensing entitlement conveys full commercial rights to deploy and distribute closed-source products without open-source copyleft obligations. Developers may perform work either onsite or offsite. The buyer accepts proposals looking for budget offers. Eligibility restricts participation exclusively to USA onshore organizations. Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than September 15, 2026.
