Web-Based Sewer Inspection Software

The buyer requires a web-based, vendor-hosted, subscription-based commercial off-the-shelf software system to replace its current sewer condition assessment software. The vendor must provide, install, configure, and integrate a certified Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP), Manhole Assessment Certification Program (MACP), and Lateral Assessment Certification Program (LACP) solution. The scope includes storing and analyzing yearly CCTV video and condition assessment data, maintaining over ten years of historical data in one database, generating CCTV work orders, and supporting real-time viewing and editing in the office and CCTV trucks. The software must integrate with onboard cellular internet, agency-based GIS applications, and cloud-hosted asset-management solutions. The buyer requires separate production and test/train environments, configurable API access, a multi-language public portal, live 24/7 technical support, online help documentation, and cohesive online training. To be eligible, the vendor must belong to the agency network. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 28.
