Signage and Wayfinding Master Planning Services

The County seeks a vendor to provide signage and wayfinding master planning services under a one-year contract. The buyer requires a contractor to conduct a site wayfinding assessment and deliver a wayfinding analysis and signage needs assessment report evaluating vehicle and pedestrian routes, destinations, decision points, navigation risks, and actionable remedies. Additionally, the contractor must develop a master plan establishing design standards, sign-family specifications, message hierarchies, placement criteria, digital signage recommendations, cost estimates, and implementation priorities. The selected contractor must also provide implementation support by reviewing shop drawings, product samples, and submittals from future sign fabrication and installation contractors. Eligible vendors must perform the work onshore within the United States, and performance occurs onsite. Bidders may submit responses digitally through email or online.
