The requested scope includes strategic planning, brand strategy, content and creative production, media planning and buying, traditional and digital advertising, social media strategy, public-information campaigns, public relations, research, analytics, and project management. To be eligible, the bidder must be an onshore USA organization. The selected vendor may perform the work onsite or offsite. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
