The buyer needs the solution to supplement its existing Curriculum Associates Elevation Platform and support ongoing progress monitoring, instructional decision-making, and growth measurement across Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing. It must serve a range of proficiency levels, including Newcomers, and provide accessibility supports and accommodations. The solution will not replace the state-required summative assessment.
