RFI for Human Resources Information System

The buyer requests information for a human resources information system (HRIS) to provide a centralized, integrated platform that manages the full employee life cycle. The required scope includes centralized employee data management, process automation, a learning management system, a performance management system, employee recognition tools, an AI agent for HR questions, and a mobile app. Additionally, the system must calculate retroactive pay, analyze employee paid and unpaid absences, update longevity automatically, generate bonus payrolls, and set up new payroll codes and deductions. Eligible entities include onshore U.S. organizations only, and the vendor will perform the work offsite. Vendors may submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 7, 2026.
