Move Ascension Program Manager Service

The buyer requires a consultant team to provide Move Ascension Program Manager services in Gonzales, LA, for a three-year contract period. The selected vendor must assist in managing the program by providing design oversight, right-of-way appraisal and acquisition support, utility coordination, environmental permitting, grant development and administration, and Stage 0 checklist completion. Additionally, the vendor must evaluate project management controls, recommend retaining or migrating the current controls system, and utilize a document management system that offers on-demand file access and digital information distribution to stakeholders. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations, and the vendor must perform all work onsite. The buyer requests proposals to establish the budget.
