The buyer requires a donor management solution to streamline processes, reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, simplify reporting, enhance donor stewardship, and improve the student award application experience through an integrated online portal. The scope includes integrating or exchanging data with PeopleSoft, managing pledges, in-kind donations, multi-year commitments, and matching funds, while providing real-time donor and award account balances. The system must feature automated financial reporting, audit-ready outputs, tools for managing student award disbursements, automated award matching, and configurable award cycle dates. Additional required capabilities include document uploads, a dashboard with tracking and reminders, and features allowing students to save and update applications at any stage. Only Canadian organizations operating onshore may submit proposals for this offsite work. Bidders must submit questions no later than September 28, 2026.
