The buyer requires a vendor to provide website redesign services to deliver a future-focused digital strategy and web presence. The project also requires establishing model User Interface standards for interactive applications, though the applications themselves fall outside the project scope. Eligible vendors must be onshore USA organizations and perform all work offsite at their own office premises. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and has not provided an evaluation criteria.
