Event Planner Service

The buyer requires an event planning company to support Truth and Reconciliation Week (TRW) every September. TRW offers a free educational program for grades 1–12 and the general public. The requested scope includes managing, writing, translating into French, and maintaining the TRW web portal. The buyer needs the planner to secure venues, moderators, tech teams, and platforms for virtual youth content and adult lunch-and-learn sessions. For the live youth event, the planner must secure the venue, speakers, performers, script writers, illustrators, video producers, stage managers, tech teams, media managers, cultural advisors, elders, health and survivor supports, security, ticket managers, VIP managers, volunteer managers, and merchandise vendors. Only Canadian organizations performing work offsite are eligible to bid. Bidders may submit proposals digitally via email or online, and they must submit all questions no later than October 8, 2026.
