The buyer requires a USA-based organization to provide, develop, and deploy an interpretable, speech-based AI system that supports private psychological conferences. The selected vendor must adapt existing speech-based AI models previously created with mission data, design AI indicators, and integrate the system into the operational environment using real-time or near-real-time audio feeds. Additionally, the vendor must refine indicators, visualizations, and reporting formats through structured feedback, adjust model outputs to meet psychologist preferences, and evaluate system stability, usability, operational value, and human factors for future integrations. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity, and the vendor will perform all work offsite.
