Resident Commissary and Financial Software

The buyer requires resident commissary and financial software to allow residents and the public to deposit money into resident accounts through an externally hosted, secure, web-based site and reverse ATM machines. The software must electronically import existing financial accounts for every facility resident with 100% accuracy, maintain PCI compliance, support positive pay compliance, enable voids and credits, and provide security levels that separate duties. Performance of the work occurs offsite. The buyer limits eligibility to USA-only onshore vendors. Vendors must submit all questions by October 06, 2026. The buyer requests proposals to establish the budget and will award a one-year contract. Vendors can submit their responses digitally through email or online.
