The buyer needs a vendor to provide a modern, mobile-first digital platform designed from the outset as a scalable, multi-provider industry learning platform serving a contractor audience. The buyer requires a flexible education architecture that supports various learning formats, hosts content from multiple providers, and features robust taxonomy, tagging, search, user registration, and audience segmentation. Additionally, the platform must include a defined data model, CRM integration strategy, consent management, flexible sponsor placements, CMS capabilities, and audience reporting to support commercial sponsorship value. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity, and the performance of the work will be offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to establish the budget.
