Conference Room Audio Visual System

The government authority located in APO requires a vendor to supply a modernized audio-visual and video teleconferencing system for the 48th Operations Group Conference Room. The buyer needs the contractor to remove legacy equipment and install, configure, and commission the new system. Work requirements include providing displays without wireless, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth capabilities, and daisy-chaining the displays to present identical content on both screens simultaneously. The vendor must also perform comprehensive system tuning, including display color and brightness calibration alongside audio equalization for gain and feedback suppression to fit room acoustics.
