Scope of work
- Telecommunications project for buildings 390 and 90 to extend BCO telecommunication services from building 30
- Provide Local Exchange access, carrier commercial network service path/interface to Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) to support plain old telephone lines
- Provide plans, implementation, execution, and testing of voice, video, and data communications networks
- Inside plant requirements including fiber and copper patch cords, and grounding to existing grounding bar
- Label all demarcation points/cables with readable tags including circuit ID and number
- Provide primary and alternate single points-of-contact for technical support
Minimum qualifications
- Employ qualified Telecommunications Technicians with experience in the telecommunications field for the specified work
- All personnel must be United States citizens able to communicate effectively in English
- Enrollment in Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) for Base Access
- Favorably completed Tier 2/2S, Tier 3, or NACI/T1 background investigation for personnel as required
