Telephone Services

The buyer needs a vendor to provide youth telephone services (YTS) using state-of-the-art technology and equipment for a government authority facility in San Leandro, CA. The vendor must supply all equipment, installation, connectivity, maintenance, storage, hardware, software, security, training, and implementation services. Scope limits installation to the placement, configuration, and activation of the system within existing facilities, excluding structural modifications. The facility currently has 51 fixed youth telephones, but the buyer intends to remove 36 in-unit phones, leaving 12 operational in-unit phones and three in the Intake area. Only US organizations may participate, and the work will occur offsite. The buyer requires a three-year contract period and seeks proposal budgets.
