Drupal Website Consultation and Support Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a flexible, retainer-based Drupal website consultation and support service for a custom Drupal 11 website for a one-year contract period. The buyer needs technical issue resolution alongside flex-resource capabilities for custom development, web accessibility (WCAG) compliance and remediation, search engine optimization (SEO), platform analytics configuration, and site optimization. The selected vendor must execute specialized tasks as directed on a monthly basis and participate in light, regular check-ins to review open tickets, align on priorities, and plan incoming initiatives. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations, and the vendor will perform all work offsite.
