The buyer requires a vendor to furnish and implement an optimized storage and replenishment solution for hospital and clinical point-of-use medical-supply environments. The vendor must deliver a standardized, sustainable, highly visual point-of-use inventory-management environment that meets or exceeds the agency's salient characteristics for a brand-name-or-equal system. The requested scope includes physical storage components like durable bins, dividers, labels, visual signals, and shelving, alongside a feasible approach for assessment, design, inventory validation, implementation, barcode workflows, M-System information exchange, training, and closeout. The buyer limits eligibility to USA organizations under a Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). The performance of the work will occur offsite over a one-year contract period.
