Online and Remote Tutoring Platforms

The buyer seeks vendors to provide online and remote tutoring platforms supporting a student population of approximately 270,000+. The required scope includes 24/7 on-demand and scheduled live tutoring, asynchronous writing and assignment reviews, low-bandwidth and mobile delivery, single sign-on compatibility, and mandatory LTI 1.3 LMS integration with D2L Brightspace. Vendors must offer system-level and campus-level administrative controls, standard data export options (CSV/API), multi-OS compatibility, and a minimum monthly platform uptime of 99.5%. Eligibility requires vendors to perform work offshore-restricted to onshore (USA Only) and offsite. The buyer sets a one-year contract period and requests cost proposals to establish the budget. Vendors may submit responses digitally through email or online. The buyer evaluates vendor proposals based on proposed support response times by severity tier, subject to negotiation.
