The City requires a vendor to supply the Vaisala XWeather Horizon Pro road weather information solution. The vendor must deliver a cloud-hosted road weather hazard information system that supports winter-maintenance situational awareness and operational decision-making offsite. The solution must feature a web-based user interface providing City users access to observations, short-term and multi-day forecasts, and related information. Additionally, the software must utilize an established road-weather forecasting model, deliver configurable alerts based on measured or forecasted conditions, and offer REST API or equivalent interoperable API access to system data. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to participate in this opportunity. The buyer seeks proposals to establish the budget.
