The buyer seeks an integrated board governance and risk management software solution delivered via a single platform, separate modules, or partner components. The prime contractor must remain fully responsible for the complete solution's configuration, delivery, integration, implementation, training, performance, security, support, and maintenance. The software must enable secure paper uploads, agenda and meeting pack compilation, document annotation, decision tracking, action management, minute drafting, version comparison, and related record retention. Bidders must also provide service level details, including platform availability, support hours, incident response times, backup frequency, recovery time objectives, and recovery point objectives. Performance of the work occurs offsite. Eligibility restricts participation strictly to Ireland organizations located onshore.
