Graphic and Digital Design Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide graphic and digital design services. The requested scope includes designing print and digital communications materials, social media graphics, digital assets, outdoor and large-format advertising such as billboards, transit, and signage, and event promotional materials like posters and flyers. The buyer also requires digital signage content, custom illustration, iconography, and print production management for booklets, invitations, and large-format photo prints. The vendor will perform all work offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations only. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 2, 2026. The buyer has not provided a set budget figure and is looking for proposals to determine the cost.
