Cloud-Based Student Transportation Routing and Operations Platform

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide, implement, host, and support a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) student transportation routing and operations platform. The required software must automatically generate printable turn-by-turn driver directions and optimize routes based on bell times, addresses, eligibility rules, walk zones, and hazard areas. Additionally, the platform must manage dynamic rerouting, schedule field trips and athletics, handle in-district and out-of-district placement workflows, and support core routing functionality out-of-the-box through configuration rather than custom code. The solution must also provide a foundation for future features like student ridership badging, electric-vehicle fleet management, and predictive analytics. Eligible bidders must be a USA organization and demonstrate experience providing comparable SaaS solutions to K-12 school districts. Vendors will perform all work offsite.
