The required Software-as-a-Service solution must automate preventive maintenance, track technician productivity, manage inventory, monitor fleet availability, track lifecycle costs, provide executive dashboards, and support fleet replacement planning. The scope includes software implementation, data migration for assets and historical records, integration with existing enterprise systems, mobile capabilities, and fleet maintenance management functions such as electronic work orders and recall management. Contractors must perform the work offsite within the United States. The contract period spans one year, and the buyer requests proposals to establish the budget.
