The buyer requires a fully hosted, web-based airport noise and operation monitoring system for a municipal airport. The vendor must provide all necessary software, hardware, installation, upgrades, maintenance, support, training, and related services under a three-year contract. The system must correlate noise events, aircraft, flight tracks, times, locations, and operations, while identifying noise, curfew, training, and early-turn violations.
