Computer-Aided Dispatch Program and Records Management System

The buyer requires a cloud-native software-as-a-service (SaaS) computer-aided dispatch (CAD) and records management system (RMS) unified platform purpose-built for law enforcement and public safety organizations. The requested scope includes single-screen call incident routing, real-time unit status tracking, mapping, location, routing, 911 telephony interfaces, mobile CAD, tamper-evident record keeping, investigative lifecycle support, property and evidence management descriptions, ongoing enforcement obligation tracking, and personnel data maintenance. The software must allow agency administration for routine changes without vendor involvement. Only United States organizations are eligible to bid, and the vendor will perform all work offsite.
