Business Retention, Expansion and Entrepreneurial Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide business retention, expansion, and entrepreneurial services under a one-year contract. The vendor must implement a development strategy that focuses on growing existing local businesses, supporting entrepreneurs, preventing local business departure, and encouraging local growth. Requested services include business coaching, entrepreneurial training, small-business technical assistance, grant writing, business research and reporting, rural economic development, and existing business engagement. The vendor must also provide marketing, social media marketing, basic digital skills training, CRM and database management, and technology expertise covering Windows, Google applications, QuickBooks, and Zoom. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to apply, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 2, 2026.
