The buyer requires a modern financial management system to replace the on-premises functionality of its existing Microsoft Dynamics GP system and reduce reliance on third-party features. The requested scope includes providing a platform that supports integration or data exchange with current agency systems, reporting environments, and business processes. Additionally, the solution must decrease off-system workarounds like spreadsheets and manual file handling while offering finance users direct data access, robust workflow and approval capabilities, improved reporting, and a connected operating environment. Performers will execute all work offsite. To qualify, bidders must be a USA organization. The buyer seeks budget proposals and accepts digital responses via email or online. Interested bidders must submit a notice of intent to respond by October 2, 2026, and send all questions no later than October 5, 2026.
