Strategic Marketing Support and Services

The buyer requires an advertising agency of record to provide strategic marketing support and services to support airport goals, passenger growth, brand awareness, community engagement, and air service development. The scope includes comprehensive media planning, buying, trafficking, advertising placement, campaign reporting, and performance optimization. The buyer expects media buys across television, radio, streaming and OTT, digital display, paid social, search engine marketing, outdoor advertising, print, and trade publications. Additional scope includes public and media relations support, graphic design, crisis communications support, community outreach campaigns, and creative development. Only United States organizations are eligible to apply. The selected vendor will perform the work offsite. Bidders must submit responses digitally by email or online, and the buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 30, 2026.
