IT Managed Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide comprehensive IT managed services. The requested scope encompasses end user and workplace support, service desk and incident management, infrastructure, network, cloud, and Microsoft 365 collaboration services. Additional requirements include cyber security, operational resilience, business application support, technology governance, business engagement, leadership, third-party supplier management, and technical consultancy. The vendor must also handle continual improvement, performance reporting, project support, transition, knowledge management, and exit services. Only Ireland organizations operating onshore qualify for eligibility, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit any questions no later than October 1, 2026. The buyer accepts digital response submissions via email or online and actively seeks proposals to determine the budget.
