RFI for Terminal Flight Data Manager System

The buyer requires a Terminal Flight Data Manager (TFDM) System to provide automation support for manual operations and replace antiquated components in Airport Traffic. The requested scope includes delivering new services for Electronic Flight Data, Traffic Flow Data management, Airport Resources Management, Surface Scheduling, Surface Metering, Metrics, Reporting & Analysis, System Administration and Support, and Monitoring and Control. Additionally, the system must calculate predicted departure runway assignments using user entries, adapted assignment rules, runway balancing rules, flight-operator provided runway lists, current airport configurations, and current airport resource statuses. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore vendors located in the United States only, and the contractor will perform all work offsite.
