Asset Management Solution

The agency requires a comprehensive, cloud-based fleet operations management platform. The selected vendor must provide, implement, configure, support, and train users on a fully integrated solution that automates preventive maintenance scheduling, tracks technician productivity, manages inventory, and tracks fleet availability, lifecycle costs, and fuel. The platform must also support digital inspections, asset lifecycle and equipment replacement planning, purchasing, executive dashboards, mobile functionality for technicians and supervisors, and API integrations with current and future enterprise systems. Furthermore, the vendor must handle software implementation and data migration. Eligible bidders must be onshore US organizations, and all work will occur offsite. The buyer is seeking proposals for a contract period lasting three years. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 5, 2026.
