Facility Rating Software

The buyer requires facility rating software to calculate, document, and maintain Bulk Electric System asset details and thermal ratings. The requested scope includes providing the software product, configuring and implementing it, and building integrations to develop ratings and create Ambient Adjusted Ratings for the Energy Management System. The solution must provide normal, long-term emergency, and short-term emergency ratings, calculate ratings based on agency methodology, export data, and track standard FAC-008 compliance. Additionally, the software must support FERC Order 881 requirements and feature revision tracking, version history, and change approvals. Work performance will occur offsite. The buyer limits eligibility to USA onshore organizations and seeks budget proposals. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 30, 2026.
