RFI for Visitor Fingerprint Identification System

The agency requires a modern visitor fingerprint identification system to replace its legacy central visits fingerprint platform supporting inmate visitation across its facilities. The buyer requests information to evaluate available technologies, deployment models (on-premises, hybrid, SaaS), security, compliance, data-ownership, timelines, and costs to inform future procurement strategies and secure replacement funding. To be eligible, vendors must be an onshore USA organization. The buyer specifies that performance of the work will be offsite. Regarding budget, the buyer is currently looking for proposals. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 7, 2026.
