Orthophotography, Oblique Imagery, Property Intelligence and Related Geospatial System

The buyer requires an integrated geospatial solution that combines countywide orthophotography, oblique imagery, historical imagery, property intelligence, and change-detection tools. The vendor must deliver a cloud-hosted or vendor-managed web application providing interactive visualization, parcel-based GIS layer overlays, measurement tools, and automatic GPS positioning. The scope includes system integrations, implementation, training, and ongoing support to assist assessment administration, property valuation, field inspections, and parcel maintenance. The solution must provide georeferenced imagery compatible with the Assessor’s office GIS environment, support industry-standard ESRI integration methods, and integrate with Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal, property tax, and mobile assessment systems. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to apply. The vendor may perform work either onsite or offsite. The buyer is currently looking for proposals and has not provided a specific budget figure.
