Thailand - Event Organizer Services

The buyer requires an onshore event organizer in Thailand to provide services for a hybrid event. The scope encompasses four primary phases: developing an inception and creative master plan with detailed timelines and technical requirements; managing pre-event production and logistics by creating digital assets, social media promotional materials, graphics, video sequences, and a draft press release; executing the live hybrid event with full stage management and live-streaming synchronization across the physical venue, Zoom, and Facebook Live; and delivering post-event services, which include distributing a participant questionnaire, compiling evaluation data, and editing session video recordings. Eligible bidders must be located onshore in Thailand, and performance of the work takes place onsite. The buyer requests proposal submissions to determine the budget.
